Our Curriculum
Overview
All the courses we offer at our academy (except the Black Belt classes) count toward a color belt student's class requirements for belt advancement. Students should attend their forms classes at least once a week.
Requirements and students' equipment needs are shown with the course title. All courses (with grade/rank restrictions) are open to all students.
We are indicating our color belt students' progress with progress stripes. Before testing, students must earn three progress stripes, one for showing blocks and hand techniques (both sides), one for showing foot/kick techniques from their current form (both sides), and demonstrate successful board breaks. The specific techniques and breaks are described in their respective course descriptions.
